Dotty was dumped in the parking lot at Petco. She had an injury or what appeared to be an injury on her head. The hair on her neck is very thin and looks like she's been on a chain for a long time. She was taken to the vet on Monday. The mass on her head was a tumor, not an abscess. She had a scar from having a c-section. But she had never been spayed! It would appear that someone bred her for 6 years, then dumped her in the parking lot. Her vet bill was $450 today. Can you help by making a donation or giving her a loving home? Dolly would do best with another Jack Russell or an active dog that likes to play. She is an alpha female. She is extremely cat aggressive. She is a cuddle bunny.
