Pepper is one of our newest arrivals from the McFarland Animal Shelter. He is no longer timid and shy. He needs a quiet home, where he will be given plenty of time to adjust. He is a black cat...so he will be amazing. He is not shy after being in a foster home. He is a playful boy.
