Rosie is an absolute sweetheart. She said typical needy puppy. She needs lots of time and attention. She loves other dogs and is curious about cat. She cannot be adopted by families with very young children. Her adoption fee includes being spayed when she's big enough, being treated for fleas and worms, being chipped and current on vaccines.
