Black Jack is a very sweet boy. He was severely neglected by his previous owner. He was covered with foxtails and had not been groomed. He loves his foster mom and is doing great inside. 5-9-17 Black Jacks Vet bill was over 300.00. He had embedded foxtails that had to be removed.
