Ofelia was abandoned in the K-Mart parking lot. She lived there for three weeks, before an adoption volunteer could coax her close enough to rescue her. She has bonded very well with her foster mom. She will bond very closely with her adopter. She is fearful of new situations. She needs an experienced dog owner. Ofelia was adopted, but the placement did not work. She needs a hone with an experienced dog owner who has worked with abandoned and abused animals.
